Virtual Learning
World-Class Training Options Remotely
In some instances, face-to-face or traditional classroom learning isn’t possible. Virtual Learning, or a VLE, allows our participants to benefit from our world-class training options remotely with self-paced learning.
Nearly all our course offerings, as well as all custom-created learning solutions can be executed remotely. Please reach out today to discuss the perfect learning solution for you and your organization.
Both In-Person vs. Virtual Learning are very effective ways to equip your team with new and important skills, but of course, there are some trade-offs. Here’s a few things to consider when assessing the best option for your team or organization:
Geography & Budget – Is your team centrally located, or are they scattered across the country/globe? If they are not all in one location, the cost saving of eliminated travel can make a VLE an attractive option
Time & Duration – Virtual options can often be more time efficient, especially with the eliminated need for possible travel. However, for longer sessions (half day or longer) sessions, there is an increased chance of attention-dissipation and individual distractions when the face-to-face dynamic is eliminated.
Flexibility – For shorter sessions, it is often possible to schedule multiple courses in the same day, allowing your team to select the best time window for their schedule; ensuring time to learn and develop without otherwise impacting a productive day.
Hidden Team-Building – There is a hidden benefit of a live Empowering Voices session; given the incredibly interactive nature of our programs, every session doubles as an incredible team-building activity sure to have your office buzzing for days after the session!
Regardless of what format we work together, one thing remains consistent – a high-energy, high-impact learning experience to empower successful results!
