We can’t create more hours in the day, but we can better utilize the ones we have. This program covers ways to better manage one’s schedule, how to delegate effectively, setting powerful, effective goals, running better meetings (and deciding if one is even necessary!), how to say “no” with tact, and how to manage the deluge of daily digital distractions.

Because most people do these things poorly. In fact, studies estimate the average American worker loses 37 hours a month to non-productive meetings. 92% of people admit to “multi-tasking” though most research indicates less than 2% of us can do it effectively. The average employee gets an email roughly once every four and a half minutes of the work day. In short, we all have MORE to do and LESS TIME to get it done. Managing our most precious commodity, those 32,400 seconds in an average work day is CRITICAL.

Duration
