This session equips executives, leaders and emerging leaders with the requisite skills to convey strong, authoritative, commanding and impressive presence from the front of any room.
This “stand and deliver” training focuses on the fundamentals as well as getting participants up and speaking, providing live coaching and feedback as well as expertly evaluated video footage of participant presentations.

Being the boss comes with higher expectations. Leadership isn’t just desired, it is required. Inspiring confidence can be the difference between a company succeeding or falling by the wayside. Research shows most people form that impression of a leader in just the matter of minutes (or more accurately, moments.)
Executive presence isn’t just a few simple presentation techniques or a few clever lines. It is the omnipresent conveyance of confidence, competence, leadership and strength. For executive leaders, every time they speak, people are LISTENING.
Who Should Attend?
The program is geared for executives, leaders, and emerging leaders. Audiences have included C-Level Executives, Managers and Directors, High Potentials (Hi-Po’s) and Emerging Leaders, Political Figures, Sales Directors, Consultants, Media Professionals, Professional Speakers and Colonels in the United States Army.
Duration
The ideal format is a two-day highly immersive session. We offer one and two-day sessions, as well as longer sessions tailored upon request. The advantage of the multiple-day format is far more “reps” on stage and hands-on time to improve quickly. Both have been very effective for a wide array of clients, but significantly more improvement is gained with a second day of delivery and coaching.
Group Size
The target group size is 8-12 participants. Groups of 16-24 can be easily accommodated with a second room for break-out sessions. Arrangements can be made for larger groups upon request, but additional facilitators may be required to ensure adequate attention and coaching for all participants.

Always On! Executive Presence is designed to take already-comfortable speakers and presenters skills to a significantly higher level. The expectation for this session is that basic speaking fundamentals and comfort level is already present.
