Identify what you are trying to accomplish and who your intended audience will be. All our programs are super effective, but they look a little different in every setting. For example, an Executive Presence Program looks a little differently for Colonels at the US Army War College than it does for a room full of sales professionals at Fortune 500 company. Same solid fundamentals, but a different implementation.

What Format?
Explore the right format for your group. Live sessions, one day, multiple days, accelerated formats? Is virtual the right delivery mechanism? Is this going to be a stand-alone topic/session or part of a larger initiative?
Is creating some custom learning solutions the best fit? Will we be working with existing frameworks, tweaked and modified to perfectly calibrate with your audience?
We also realize that budget and calendar availability are two of the biggest concerns for most clients. We are very transparent throughout the entire process and are happy to provide a current rate sheet.
When to Deliver?

Here are some common ways we work with clients:
- Consistent Learning Partner: We deliver sessions throughout the year as part of a comprehensive learning objective; Presentation Skills, Business Acumen, Executive Presence, Leadership Communication programs, etc. are offered quarterly
- Partnering with Existing Events: We are often utilized as a featured day during a week-long training/meeting. For example, Executive Presence or Business Acumen would be one day of a longer event
- Stand-Alone Learning: Any of our sessions can be brought in a stand-alone event for a particular group or team (Hi-Potential or emerging leaders, a sales team, a particular department needing Presentation skills or leadership training, or even open-enrollment offerings to supplement an organization’s other internal offerings)
